So can I tell you, I really don't like the way the new xanga layout is. I prefer the old school xanga much better. Anyways, my thought process of blogging everyday hasn't really happened as you can tell. I've been so busy with work and when I am at home, it seems like there's ALWAYS something to be done. I've spent the past two evenings until well past dark trying to clean out a refrigerator that was given to me. Don't get me wrong, it was free and what I wanted, BUT there was a ton of mold on the outside and the inside had various things spilled in it so it was a pain in my hiney to clean up. I finally got it done and turned on about 9:30 last night and couldn't be more excited. I know it sounds silly, but having a small refrigerator just doesn't really work for me, so now I have a second to store all my drinks in and large containers of food. I have three weekends in a row where people will be visiting so I'm sure it will be more than handy! That's my exciting blogging news for today. And I've been playing around with a food blog (uber nerdy, I know) but last night I FINALLY figured out how to make a header. this is what i did this afternoon when i got lost in kilgore...which by the way, has the richest acre in the WORLD from oil. they've replaced all the old oil derricks with decorative ones and they were just captivating. just like the coke advertisement painted on the wall... enjoy...

p.s. by the time you read this tomorrow (friday) i'll have cut 10+ inches of my hair off. be ready for pictures!!!
